§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 71.01 through 71.05 or 71.20 through 71.22 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C infraction.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 71.06 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
