For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LOADING AND UNLOADING. The removal of goods from or putting goods onto a truck, trailer, wagon, tractor or a vehicle shall be considered loading or unloading when the driver of such vehicle is physically present or within 100 feet of said vehicle when it is running or operating.
