§ 71.22 PASSENGER ZONE LOADING, UNLOADING TIME LIMIT.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park the same for a longer period of time than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers in any place designated and marked as a passenger zone.
