§ 52.25 SUPERVISION.
   The construction and maintenance of all sewers, drains, cesspools and the like, whether public or private, within the limits of the town shall be under the supervision and direction of the Town Engineer, or such person as the Council may appoint his or her authorized assistant or duly appointed inspector.
