§ 70.05 TRAFFIC ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   As used in this section, the term MOTOR VEHICLE means a vehicle propelled by its own power and designed or used to transport persons or property upon the highways of the state, but shall not include Fire Department vehicles and Police Department vehicles.

   (B)   No person shall operate or park a motor vehicle on any sidewalk or boulevard within the town.
