(A) Any person violating any provision of § 131.01 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 131.02 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.

(C) Any person violating § 131.03 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 or not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.

(D) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or any other entity found to have violated § 131.04 may be fined $750 for each day the violation exists.
(E) Any person violating § 131.05 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense.
(F) Any person violating § 131.06 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense.
