No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall operate or permit to be operated, any dance hall or any music making device situated in, or connected with, the operation of any dance hall, eating house or other similar place of business within 200 feet of any residence within the city limits after the hour of 10:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday inclusive, nor shall the same be operated after the hour of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, nor shall the same be operated at any time on Sunday, save between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. when the playing of music is expressly allowed.
