(A) It shall be illegal for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or any other entity to operate any kind of business which provides as a form of entertainment either gratuitously or at cost, nude, semi-nude, or exotic dancers.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or any other entity found to have violated this section shall be subject to an immediate cease and desist order from a presiding judge in the Wayne County, Illinois Circuit Court.
(C) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or any other entity found to have violated this section shall be liable to the city for all attorney’s fees, court costs and litigation expenses incurred by reason of the violation.
