§ 131.01 DRINKING INTOXICATING LIQUOR IN PUBLIC.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drink any intoxicating liquor in any park, street, alley, cemetery, public grounds or to take any keg, jug or other vessel or package containing intoxicating liquor into any public park, cemetery or other public grounds for the purpose of drinking the contents or any part thereof of any keg, jug, can or other vessel or package. This prohibition shall not apply to drinking intoxicating liquor outdoors at a table in an alley or any public ground as a patron of a restaurant that has a Class C liquor license. This prohibition shall not apply to consumption of intoxicating liquor on the premises of the golf course as a patron of the golf course.
