733.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 733.03, 733.05 or 733.06 shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor for subsequent violation.

(c) Conviction of a third offense under this chapter shall result in the permanent loss of any person's secondhand dealer's license. (Ord. 18-12. Passed 3-12-12.)
