   EDITOR’S NOTE: Council pursuant to Charter Section 4.02(d) by Ordinance 38-75, passed September 22, 1975, has approved personnel rules and regulations prepared by the City Manager covering the classified and unclassified services; initial employment policies; in-service placement policies; personnel policies; employee conduct, discipline and appeals; classification; wage administration; fringe benefits; and leaves of absence. Copies of the current personnel rules and regulations are on file with the Finance Director for public examination.
