(a) No person shall discharge within the City any firearms or throw, cast or discharge any fireball or other thing charged with spirits or other combustible material.
(b) It is an affirmative defense to a charge under subsection (a) hereof that the firearm was discharged for wildlife or pest control by the owner of land which is zoned AG Agricultural District, his employee or agent, and not closer than 300 feet to the nearest residence.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of discharging firearms, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
