103.01 GRADE LEVELS; DATUM LINE.

   All grades shall be set either from the existing U.S. Geodetic Survey Bench Mark or from bench marks established by the City of Cleveland datum. For transferring from one set of bench marks to the other, the City of Cleveland datum shall have 574.80 feet added to it to equal that of the U.S. Geodetic Survey.

103.02 CITY SEAL.

   The City Seal shall be circular in form with the words “Corporation Seal” at the upper portion of the circle, the words “State of Ohio” at the lower portion of the circle and the words “City of Euclid” at the center of the circle.
