1755.10 PLUMBING FIXTURES. (REPEALED)
   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Section 1755.10 was repealed by Ordinance No. 26-2022, passed March 7, 2022.)
1755.11 RUBBISH AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
   (a)   Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall dispose of all his rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in approved receptacles or in other rubbish disposal facilities,
   (b)   Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall dispose of all his garbage and other organic waste, which might provide food for insects and rodents, in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in approved non-leakable, nonabsorbent, covered garbage storage receptacles or in other approved garbage disposal facilities.

   (c)   The owner, operator or his or her agent of every multiple dwelling shall provide suitable screening to cause dumpsters that are one and one-half yards or more used for the disposal of rubbish, garbage, refuse or other waste matter to be not visible to the public at large from ground level.

1755.12 HEATING AND COOLING FACILITIES.
   Every owner or operator of a dwelling unit utilized as rental property shall have said unit's heating, water heating and central air conditioning equipment inspected and approved on a biennial basis by a certified and licensed heating and cooling contractor or technician. Receipt of inspection and approval shall be made available to the Code Official or their designee upon request. All owners of dwellings, prior to property transfer, shall present a receipt and approval of heating, water heating and air conditioning equipment.
