1590.16   FIRE HYDRANT PERMIT.
   Fire hydrants within the City of Euclid are available for residential or commercial uses and permits shall be obtained by the Fire Department prior to using the hydrant. For commercial uses, there is a permit fee assessed of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day or one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week, and a three hundred fifty dollar ($350.00) deposit is required for equipment usage. The permit fees are waived for residents (non-commercial uses), but a one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit is required for equipment usage. The equipment includes hydrant wrench, hose and gate valve. The respective deposits will be returned when the equipment is returned to the Fire Department. Permit fees are non-refundable. Any hydrant damage will be charged to the permit holder and may be retained from the deposit.
