1737.05 AMENDMENTS.

The National Electrical Code adopted in Section 1737.01 is hereby amended as follows:

NEC 240-80. (Circuit Breakers) Method of Operation (Added as second paragraph).

All circuit breakers used as main overcurrent devices in panelboards shall be of the bolt-on type.

NEC 110-10. Circuit Impedance and Other Characteristics (Amended).

All main overcurrent devices installed in new residential, commercial and industrial buildings shall be of the fusible type.
