1735.01 SCOPE.

   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the demolition or removal of all buildings and structures. Where applicable, the demolition and removal must also conform to the requirements of the Ohio Basic Building Code. No person shall demolish or remove or cause to have demolished or removed any building or structure except in conformance with this chapter.

1735.02 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.

   When required by the Commissioner of Building, construction documents shall be submitted for review and approval of the building or structure proposed to be demolished or removed and shall detail such information as necessary to determine conformance with this chapter.
