1169.01 RESTAURANT DEFINED.
   "Restaurant" means any restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, luncheonette, tavern, sandwich stand, soda fountain, private club where food or drinks are served, and all public eating and drinking establishments, as well as kitchens in which food and drink are prepared for sale elsewhere to the public.

1169.02 SANITARY REQUIREMENTS.
   Every operator of a restaurant shall comply with all orders and regulations made by the City or State Board of Health for the public health, the prevention or restriction of disease and the prevention, abatement or suppression of contagious or infectious diseases or conditions endangering the public health.
