1109.01 PERMIT AND FEE.
   No person shall sell or offer for sale in the City, bread or other baked goods from any vehicle, whether motor driven or otherwise propelled, unless the owner or lessee of such vehicle shall first obtain a permit from the Mayor for such vehicle.
   The fee for this permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The permit shall be conspicuously displayed on such vehicle. All permits shall expire on December 31 of each year and shall be renewable on or before such date in each year.
   Applications shall be in writing and the applicant shall furnish such information as the Mayor may require and shall agree to conform to the ordinances of the City and all regulations and orders of the Board of Health.
   A permit may be suspended or revoked for the violation of an ordinance or a regulation or order of the Board of Health, or when deemed necessary for the protection of the public health. No revocation shall be made except after a hearing upon due notice.

1109.02 SANITARY REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall distribute or transport and sell in loaf form any bread which is not properly enclosed in a sanitary wrapper, and no baked goods shall be sold or offered for sale within the City which are contaminated, adulterated or unwholesome for human consumption.
