951.02 APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS.
   (a)   All applications for permits shall be made on a suitable form approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
   (b)   The Director shall have the right to deny a permit for the use of any City property when such usage would not be in the best interest of the City.

951.03 SCHEDULING USE OF FACILITIES.
   The Director of Parks and Recreation shall have complete authority regarding the scheduling of usage and the availability of City property for private usage.

951.04 COSTS.
   (a)   For Euclid residents a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) per hour rental fee shall be charged for the private use of City property, with a two hour minimum requirement, and for non-Euclid residents a fifty dollar ($50.00) per hour rental fee shall be charged, with a two hour minimum requirement.
   (b)   The Director is authorized to waive or reduce the rental fees for good cause.
   (c)   A security deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required to be paid in advance.
   (d)   Payment, including security deposit, is due ninety days prior to event.

951.05 PERMITS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
   A permit that has been issued to an individual or organization shall not be transferable to another person or organization.

951.06 RESPONSIBILITY OF PERMIT HOLDER.
   The permit holder, as a condition of the granting of the permit, shall be responsible for any and all claims for personal injury and/or property damage that may arise through the usage of City property.

951.07 CLOSING HOUR OF KNUTH COMMUNITY CENTER.
   The Knuth Community Center on Briardale Avenue shall be closed to the public after midnight each evening.

951.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.000) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
