951.01 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

   (a)   The Director of Parks and Recreation or his or her designee is hereby authorized and directed to issue permits for the temporary use of any City-owned indoor space by any Euclid resident or organization or business headquartered in Euclid on a first-come, first-served basis.

   (b)   When necessary additional fees will be charged to the renter to cover employee overtime.

951.02 APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS.

   (a)   All applications for permits shall be made on a suitable form approved by the Director of Parks and Recreation.

   (b)   The Director shall have the right to deny a permit for the use of any City property when such usage would not be in the best interest of the City.

951.03 SCHEDULING USE OF FACILITIES.

   The Director of Parks and Recreation shall have complete authority regarding the scheduling of usage and the availability of City property for private usage.
