947.08 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   Sleeping or protracted lounging on the seats or benches, loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language, disorderly conduct or behavior, or any act tending to a breach of public peace within any park, is prohibited.

947.09 INTOXICATION; LIQUORS; NARCOTICS.
   No person shall take into or upon any park any intoxicating liquor, either for sale to others or for his or her own use or for the use of others, nor shall any person sell, give away or dispose of any intoxicating liquors in or upon any park.
   Any person under the influence of intoxicating liquors or narcotics is prohibited from entering or remaining on or upon any park.

947.10 EXHIBITING PERMIT.
   It shall be the duty of every person claiming to have a permit from the Service Director to produce and exhibit such permit upon the request of any authorized person who desires to inspect the same.
947.11 RULES OF SERVICE DIRECTOR; VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   The Service Director is hereby authorized and empowered to make such rules and regulations for the operation of the City parks and for the conduct of activities therein as he or she may believe necessary in the interest of public health, safety and welfare. Such rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as ordinances when not repugnant thereto or to the Constitution or laws of the State.
   (b)   No person shall violate any such rule or regulation.
947.12 PERMITS SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS.
   All permits issued by the Service Director shall be subject to the park rules and regulations and City ordinances, and the persons to whom such permits are issued shall be bound by such rules, regulations and ordinances as fully as though the same were inserted in such permits.
947.13 SWIMMING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall swim at or off Sims Park, Euclid Park or any public place where “no swimming” signs are posted. The parents or guardian of any minor who violates this section shall be held responsible for any such violation.

947.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 947.13 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
