795.01 MOTOR VEHICLE DEFINED.

   As used in this chapter, “motor vehicle” means all vehicles within the definitions set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01 and 4505.01.

795.02 ENACTMENT OF STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.

   There is hereby enacted a street maintenance program pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.172 for the purpose of paying the cost and expense of carrying out the provisions of this chapter and for the further purposes set forth in Ohio R.C. 4504.06.

795.03 COST OF PROGRAM.

   The cost for the street maintenance program shall be at a rate of five dollars ($5.00) per motor vehicle on each and every motor vehicle the registration district of which, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4503.01, is the City of Euclid.
