775.19 TAXICAB DRIVERS' LICENSES ISSUED BY OTHER MUNICIPALITY IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY.

The provisions of Sections 775.12 through 775.18 shall not apply to taxicab drivers already examined and licensed by any other municipality in the County having requirements for taxicab drivers' licenses substantially similar to the requirements in force in this City.
