(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be charged a violation fine of $10. There shall be no further penalty added to the fine should the violation be paid prior to the Municipal Court date set on said citation.
(B) Any such person found in violation shall be able to dispute this citation at the Municipal Court.
(C) Should Municipal Court find that the violation is upheld as guilty, court costs will be applied to fee.
