EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 33-79, passed March 27, 1979, adopted the Comprehensive Development Plan (1978) as the official document guiding the future growth of the City, which document consists of the Land Use Plan (as modified by Ordinance 81-21, passed July 14, 1981), the Official Thoroughfare Plan, the Community Housing Plan and the Recreation Element of the Community Facilities Plan. Resolution 37-92, passed July 14, 1992, accepted and approved Study Report One regarding an update of the Comprehensive Development Plan.
Resolution 35-98, passed October 27, 1998, adopted an updated Comprehensive Land Use Development Plan to be used as the official planning outline for the City.
Copies of all relevant legislation and of the Plans may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 1228. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
