Pursuant to Section 4.14, of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that code known as the Ohio Fire Code, as amended through September 2005, as adopted by the State Fire Marshal, together with any and all future amendments, additions or deletions adopted thereto. Such Code is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set out at length herein, except as hereinafter amended, and from the date on which this section takes effect the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the City.
