Ohio Basic Building Code
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The Ohio Basic Building Code provides construction and material specifications for all buildings and structures other than one, two and three-family dwellings that are not constructed of industrialized units.  Reference should also be made to Ordinance 62-163, passed December 3, 1962, which provides technical regulations for heating and cooling appliances and systems in apartment houses where separate systems are installed for each dwelling unit.
