Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Building Code, Part Thirteen of these Codified Ordinances, including any technical standards or codes adopted by reference, for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both. Each day a violation of this Building Code exists shall constitute a separate offense.
