937.03  POLLUTANTS WITH STRENGTHS IN EXCESS OF NORMAL SEWAGE.
   Sewage which is determined to contain pollutants in excess of normal sewage concentrations shall be:
   (a)   Subject to pretreatment prior to discharge to the sewerage system if pretreatment is required by the City to bring the waste within the limits of Chapter 932;
   (b)   Permitted to be discharged to the sewerage system for treatment by the City, subject to payment of a surcharge as determined applicable by the City under this chapter; or
   (c)   Subject to prohibition of discharge to the sewerage system.
   The Safety-Service Director shall determine which of such alternatives or combinations of alternatives shall apply, based upon the volume and concentration of pollutants in the sewage involved.
