933.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The Safety-Service Director shall not issue any sanitary sewer connection permit after July 1, 1980, unless the applicant therefor has first paid a sanitary sewer connection fee as established in Section 933.03. The City Engineer, after the effective date of this chapter (Ordinance 80-128, passed June 2, 1980), shall not approve the connection of an expansion of the existing City sanitary sewerage system or private sewers to serve mobile home parks, unless the applicant therefor has first paid a sanitary sewer connection fee as established in Section 933.03 for all proposed mobile home lots to be served by lateral connections to the sanitary sewer extension being connected. The Building Inspector may not issue an occupancy permit for additions to an existing structure that has an existing connection to the public sewer system, or for any new structure with a new connection to the public sewer system, unless a permit has been issued and the capital fee provided in Section 933.03 has been paid to the City.
