137.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 137.09 shall be fined not more than twenty dollars ($20.00) and the uniform or part of uniform worn contrary to the provisions of Section 137.09 shall be confiscated by the Court upon adjudication that the same has been worn in violation of Section 137.09.
