137.09  UNAUTHORIZED WEARING OF UNIFORM.
   No person shall wear any cap, coat, belt, boots, blouse or shirt belonging to the Fire Division except when on duty as a fireman under the direction of the Fire Chief or an Assistant Fire Chief.
