§ 132.01 PARENTAL LIABILITY.
   (A)   Parents or legal guardians are liable for damages inflicted by their children onto others.
   (B)   Parents or legal guardians must pay up to $1,000 for damages caused by willful or malicious acts of their children.
   (C)   The ordinance relieves victims from having to pay the amount from their own pockets for damages caused by someone else.
   (D)   The Parental Responsibility Law provides that parents or legal guardians of children aged 11 to 18 living at home are financially responsible for costs incurred for willful or malicious acts which the minor inflicts to a person or property.
