No keeper of any tavern, public billiard hall, pool room or bowling alley within the corporate limits of the village, shall permit any person under the age of 18 years of age to play at any game, upon any table or alley kept by him or her, nor shall he or she permit any such person to frequent his or her place of business, or to loiter or remain therein unless that person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other person having the legal custody or control of the minor.
