§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any owner, lessee, or occupant of a building, premises, or structure, or any person in control of such articles, goods, wares, or merchandise as referred to in §§ 91.02 through 91.04, or the owner thereof, who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 91.02, 91.03 or 91.04, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 91.21 or 91.22 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (D)   Whoever throws, deposits, drains, or permits the same to be thrown, deposited, or drained, gasoline, oil, petrol, carbon, naphtha, or other spontaneous combustion or highly volatile liquids and gas forming liquids, from any manufacturing plant or factory, or permits to be drained any still or well, holding any of the material, or the emptying of any vat, oil tank, gasoline tank, naphtha tank of combustible liquids or powders, into the sewers located within Elmwood Place, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99.
   (E)   Anyone failing or refusing to comply with the order of the representatives or inspectors of the Police or Fire Department of Elmwood Place to immediately disconnect, shut off, and cap the unvented stove, heater, plate, or equipment for space heating, or who reconnects or uses the same in any bathroom or sleeping quarters, without the proper approved vents, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99.
   (F)   Any person, corporation, or unincorporated association who shall violate any of the provisions of § 91.55 or fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by the Fire Chief or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine as set forth in § 10.99.  The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all such persons, corporations, or unincorporated associations shall be required to correct or remedy the violations or defects within a reasonable time.  When not otherwise specified, each ten days that a prohibited condition is maintained shall constitute a separate violation and offense.  The application of the above penalty shall not prevent the enforced removal of the prohibited condition.
   (G)   Any person, firm, corporation, or organization who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.65 or 91.66 or fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99
