(A) The Ohio Fire Code, The Unified Fire Code, and The Southwest Ohio Fire Safety Council Code as currently written are hereby adopted by the Council of the Village of Elmwood Place, Ohio.

(B) One copy each of the above-named codes shall be filed as a part of the ordinance records of the village and the same are adopted and incorporated as if fully set out at length herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the village.
(C) All sections of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect, except where inconsistent or where in conflict with any of the provisions of the aforementioned fire prevention codes.
