§ 51.19  SERVICE REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION.
   (A)   In the event the owner of any real estate fails to comply with §§ 51.17 or 51.18 above, then the town, at its option, may refuse the person or user water service until compliance with §§ 51.17 and 51.18.
   (B)   All permits for water supply may be cancelled at the option of the town and service disconnected for the following reasons:
      (1)   Wasting or improper use of water through the use of defective or imperfect fixtures or any other manner;
      (2)   Refusal or neglect to pay bills promptly or any other charges accruing in the manner and at the time therein provided;
      (3)   Interference or tampering with the water meter, meter box, meter seals, or any service or appliance of the waterworks system used for controlling or regulating the supply of water;
      (4)   Failure to have installed or pay for the installation of a tile or meter box at a place just inside the sidewalk line;
      (5)   Failure to apply for a permit in case of change of ownership or tenancy;
      (6)   Failure to pay a deposit for water service; or
      (7)   Defrauding the Water Company in any other manner.
