§ 111.065 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ON-PREMISES LICENSE. The following State Alcohol Beverage Control Administration Class A licenses:

      (1)   Private club (less than 1,000 members) - liquor, wine and nonintoxicating beer;

      (2)   Private club (1,000 or more members) - liquor, wine and nonintoxicating beer;

      (3)   Fraternal club (non-profit) - liquor, wine and nonintoxicating beer;

      (4)   Fraternal club (non-profit) - nonintoxicating beer;

      (5)   Tavern - nonintoxicating beer;

      (6)   Private wine restaurant - wine only;

      (7)   Private wine restaurant - wine and nonintoxicating beer only;

      (8)   Private wine spa - wine only;

      (9)   Private wine bed and breakfast - wine only;

      (10)   Brew pub;

      (11)   Special events (fairs and festivals) - wine and nonintoxicating beer;

      (12)   Special events (fairs and festivals) - wine only;

      (13)   Special events (fairs and festivals) - nonintoxicating beer only; and

      (14)   Growler.

   PERSON. An individual, firm, corporation, association, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company or other entity, regardless of its form, structure or nature.
