DISABLED PARKING
(A) Any other person, firm or corporation parking in spaces properly marked for disabled parking, unless the person, firm or corporation is legally parked in the parking space for loading or unloading as permitted in loading and unloading zones, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) If any person(s) shall violate § 72.09, he or she shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days as provided by G.S. § 14-4(a).

(C) If any person(s) shall violate the provisions of § 72.16, he or she shall upon conviction be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not to exceed 30 days as provided by G.S. § 14-1(a).
(D) A violation of § 72.17 shall constitute a general misdemeanor punishable by the payment of a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
(E) Any person violating the provisions of § 72.18 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4.
