§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person(s) shall violate § 72.09, he or she shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days as provided by G.S. § 14-4(a).

   (C)   If any person(s) shall violate the provisions of § 72.16, he or she shall upon conviction be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not to exceed 30 days as provided by G.S. § 14-1(a).
   (D)   A violation of § 72.17 shall constitute a general misdemeanor punishable by the payment of a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
   (E)   Any person violating the provisions of § 72.18 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 14-4.
   (F)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 72.40 through 72.44 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the provision of G.S. § 14-4.
