§ 72.09 PARKING OR STOPPING OF VEHICLES TO THE LEFT SIDE TO CURB; NOT PERMITTED IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   Under and by virtue of the authority granted in the General Statutes of this state granting municipalities the power to regulate vehicular traffic upon public streets within the corporate limits, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle to park or stop, either attended or unattended, with the left side (driver’s side) of the vehicle to the curb on any street in the downtown business district of the town.
