§ 73.12  APPLICATION OF BICYCLE AND SKATEBOARD REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The provisions of §§ 73.01 through 73.14 shall apply whenever a bicycle or skateboard is operated upon any street, sidewalk or alley or upon any public path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles or skateboards subject to those exception stated herein.
   (B)   No parent or guardian shall authorize or knowingly permit his or her child or ward to violate any of the provisions of §§ 73.01 through 73.14.
