12-1-3: JURISDICTION:
This title shall govern the subdivision of land (as established by section 12-1-8 of this chapter) within the jurisdictional area of the municipal planning commission of the city. (Ord. 1-10-85, 1-10-1985, eff. 2-10-1985)
