A. Violations: No person shall violate any provision of the duly approved rules and regulations of the council. The council, all police and peace officers, and park attendants or employees shall have the authority to eject from any park any person whose conduct violates any of the provisions of this chapter.
B. Penalties: In the absence of a different penalty, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and shall be fined a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus costs. (Ord. 03-04, 8-12-2003)
