A. Damaging Property: No person shall damage, destroy, displace or remove any trees, shrubs, picnic tables or seats, signs, fences, buildings, structures, equipment or other public property whether manmade or naturally growing. (Ord. 03-04, 8-12-2003)
B. Sleeping Or Camping:
1. It is unlawful for any person to sleep in any public park between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 03-04, 8-12-2003; amd. 2013 Code)
2. It is unlawful for any person to camp overnight in any place owned by the city and used as a municipal park. Any deviation shall require the approval of the city council.
C. Offensive Conduct: The possession or consumption of intoxicating beverages; use or possession of illegal drugs or substances; drunkenness, gambling or engaging in disorderly, unchaste or lewd conduct; making, aiding or assisting in any disorderly noise, riot or breach of peace by any person shall be unlawful.
D. Glass Beverage Containers: It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession or to use glass beverage containers in any of the city parks.
E. Littering:
1. No person shall deposit trash, stones, litter or rubbish of any kind upon any grounds, property or other place in the parks except into receptacles designated for that person.
2. No person shall pollute or foul in any manner any pool, spring or drinking fountain in any park. (Ord. 03-04, 8-12-2003)
