7-3-6: SELLING AND ADVERTISING RESTRICTED:

No person shall sell, dispose or offer for sale, any food, merchandise or other article or thing except as approved by the city council. No person may do any hawking or peddling, distribution of handbills, erect any sign, board, or affix any notice, advertisement or other writing to any property within the park. (Ord. 03-04, 8-12-2003)
