Weeds, Plant Growth and Tall Grass; Nuisance
1307.01    Declaration of nuisance.
1307.02    Cutting of weeds and grass required.
1307.03    Notice to cut, trim or remove.
1307.04    Failure to comply; remedy of Municipality.
1307.05    Payment of cost of abatement.
1307.06    Failure to pay cost of abatement.
1307.07    Removal or defacing placard notice.
