1307.07 REMOVAL OR DEFACING PLACARD NOTICE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, remove or alter any notice placard placed as notice under Section 1307.03, except by the express permission of the Mayor/Village Administrator or his/her designee. This provision shall be conspicuously stated on every notice placard. (Ord. 02-24. Passed 4-15-24.)
