(a) When the Mayor/Village Administrator or other responsible Village official causes any nuisance described in this chapter to be abated, a statement of cost thereof shall be mailed to the owner of such land by regular mail. Such statement of cost shall include the following costs to the Village:
(1) Administration and supervision;
(2) Transportation of equipment;
(3) Equipment rental;
(4) Equipment operator;
(5) Incidental labor.
(b) The fees to be charged shall be at a rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour billed in hourly increments so that any portion of an hour is billed for an entire hour of work. In addition to the fee charges for abatement, the statement shall include all costs of service of notice. All statements for costs described herein shall be paid to the Fiscal Officer within thirty (30) days.
